Nature Group trip to Hassocks Butterfly Garden

One of the best tropical butterfly collections
available, with an active breeding programme and excellent facilities for photographers. A
macro lens essential and flash useful. This weekday trip during term time is likely to be less
busy than at weekends. For those members who are unable to make weekdays, a second,
weekend trip to Hassocks is planned for later in the year. Meet in the car park at the garden
at 11.00am. Journey time by car from Beckenham around 1.5 – 2 hours. Let Julia Andrew
know in advance if you would like a lift. Members should order
